Gift Aid Declaration

We ask all members who pay UK tax (on income or investment) to consider paying their subscription under the Gift Aid scheme. Many members have signed a Declaration in previous years confirming consent for subsequent years but, if you stop paying tax in the future, you would need to tell us. It would simplify the system regarding our annual claim if we introduced a box to tick each year (tick both boxes and each sign if couples both pay tax). Our records are confidential and none of the information is passed to any other person or organisation.

I wish my/our subscription(s) made to West Oxford U3A to be treated as Gift Aid donations.

I know that I must pay an amount of Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax the charity claims on my donation in the tax year.
